Founded in 1968 by Fritz Bauer, PASS began as a small German toolmaking workshop with just seven staff. Over decades, the Bauer family has upheld authentic German craftsmanship. Developed from a modest craft enterprise, PASS evolved into a modern precision manufacturer with more than 160 employees.
In 1995, PASS Stanztechnik AG was founded, taking over production and global distribution of TRUMPF, THICK TURRET and SALVAGNINI tool systems. Continuous investment in state-of-the-art machine tools ensures consistent, premium “Made in Germany” quality. We supply high-end sheet metal punching tool systems for customers worldwide.
